Plimsoll and Europhia Join Forces in the Area of Executive Search

Plimsoll and Europhia Consulting have signed into a strategic partnership for Asia and Europe related to their respective offices in China, Singapore and the Benelux.

In this relationship both companies will work closely together in the area of Executive Search for the international logistics and supply chain sector covering shippers (manufacturers),  transportation and logistics service providers and SCM consultants.

Eelco Dijkstra explains the partnership will strengthen their combined position in the Benelux whilst at the same time combining forces around their respective offices in Shanghai and in Singapore. Asia is the fastest growing region in the world. Singapore forms the Asian regional centre for multinational companies. Shanghai region remains the biggest driver for growth within China. With the strong economic recovery in Asia already taking shape there is again a growing demand for executive search services in the region. With the Europhia office in Singapore and the Plimsoll office in Shanghai, both companies are well positioned to assist multi-nationals with executive management staff in the Asian market.

Dick Binkhorst adds that the partnership will further consolidate Plimsoll's position as an active Benelux partner in Experts for Experts and he stresses the fact that, although both companies are specialists in executive search for the transportation and logistics industry, the companies are entirely complementary, both geographically and in client relations. He firmly believes the synergy effects of this strategic relationship will be considerable and attribute to the quality and reach of the service provided by both companies, to the benefit of their mutual clients.

Both companies will further investigate the possibilities to extend the cooperation in other fields of their existing activities, such as corporate finance, interim management, training and strategic consultancy.
