DB Schenker logistics partner for Amsterdam RAI and MECC Maastricht

Amsterdam RAI and DB Schenker signed a partnership agreement on Friday 2 September 2011 appointing Schenker International B.V. as logistics services provider at the Amsterdam RAI exhibition and convention centre and its subsidiary MECC Maastricht for the coming years.

The companies will also work closely together to facilitate global events using DB Schenker's extensive international network. The partnership will commence immediately with the events that are currently being planned and realised.

"Exhibition and event logistics is one of our core activities", says Leon Janssen, CEO of DB Schenker Logistics in the Netherlands. "DB Schenker has its own offices at many of world's main exhibition and event centres. This expert network has now been further expanded with new facilities in Amsterdam and Maastricht."
