TDK Life on Record, a portfolio brand of the American Imation Corp., today announced that it has outsourced its European service chain to 12Return and Sertronics. Together, the companies offer an integrated after-sales solution for the new audio products that have be introduced under the TDK Life on Record brand earlier this year.
For the after sales with consumers, TDK Life on Record has chosen for the direct service model. Consumers can directly interact with TDK Life on Record for service incidents such as defect products.
12Return and Sertronics offer an integrated solution including on-line customer platform, physical return, repair and shipment of replacement products. Through the 12Return Control Tower all parties in the chain have full visibility and control over all service transactions."
