The Holland International Distribution Council (HIDC)/Nederland Distributieland (NDL) website is at your service and is designed to provide you with useful information. Please note that when you visit www.hidc.nl, www.hidc-asia.com or www.ndl.nl, we help you control your personal data on internet.

Liability for virus-infected software
While NDL/HIDC has exercised its discretion and best judgment and has taken all reasonable measures to keep the websites virus free, all liability is waived regarding persons, property damage and especially direct, indirect, immediate or subsequent pecuniary losses that may result from transmission or downloading of computer viruses. Severability clause
If any article, section or provision of the conditions is found to be invalid, the remainder shall remain fully valid and effective. Any conditions that are null or void are in this case to be understood in such a manner that their intended purpose is still fulfilled as far as possible.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These terms shall be construed, enforced and performed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands without reference to principles or conflicts of laws. The place of jurisdiction is The Hague, the Netherlands. If you access our websites you do so at your own initiative, and you are responsible for complying with applicable local laws and regulations.
